Former stars from the West Indies, England and South Africa praised South African AB de Villiers’ decision to play PSL games in Lahore this season.
AB de Villiers had previously announced that he will play Lahore in Lahore Qalandars in a row on 9 and 10 March after completing his first matches in the United Arab Emirates.
While fans and cricketers were delighted at home, international players are also looking forward to the return of the cricket to Pakistan.
Former West Indian captain and PSL team Zalmi skipper Daren Sammy said the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the Pakistani fans was second to none.
“I played in Lahore and Karachi in 2017 and 2018 and I really enjoyed the experience. The excitement and excitement I saw in Lahore and Karachi was second to none, and it just makes clear that this game is the way it is because of those dear fans, “he said in a statement from PCB.
Bow Bowler Chris Jordan, representing Peshawar Zalmi, also supported AB, saying that he was happy that AB de Villiers made that decision while touring through Pakistan.

The fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League will begin on February 14 in the United Arab Emirates. Eight games are planned in Pakistan, three in Lahore, five – including the final on March 17 – in Karachi.
