The three-day sports, cultural and other activities that were completed on Wednesday at the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women’s University Peshawar (SBBWU) have been completed. The event entitled “Olympiad 2019” was organized in collaboration with L-Mintrix Elements.
The main objective was to promote the sporting activities of women in the province and to improve and improve their leadership skills. On this occasion Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana that SBBWU’s mission is to educate and empower women.
She said that the university endeavors to provide all facilities to students at the university for which state support was needed.
“We need a proper grammar school and student residences and ask the government to help us with this,” she said.
Finance Minister Taimur Jhagra, who was the main guest at the closing ceremony, said that women need to change their way of thinking. He added that the government’s primary priority is to provide jobs for young people.
“Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was provided with Rs 5 billion to provide interest-free loans to the youth, while students from tribal districts were allocated Rs. 1 billion. We are making the strategy to hire 65,000 teachers for KP. “The event ended with the award ceremony among the winners and organizers.
