What Dimut Karunaratne Said?
“This is the time when we have to bring some young people for the next few years. We recently had a problem where we did not have this strong bank. But players are now ready and will seize the opportunities that get in their way. It takes a lot of players to build this competition within a team, so players are constantly pressing on each other to deliver their performance. “
What Gary Stead Said?
“What impressed me most about this squad is their ability to adapt quickly to situations – if you play in Abu Dhabi or Colombo, [and] then in New Zealand, your players need to move fast and that’s the true power of this team, led by Kane (Williamson), and he’s leading the way in terms of how we do it. “
