The second day of the fourth round ended in the Ranji Trophy 2019-20 today. Even today, rain disrupted many matches and many matches still could not be started. On the second day, Nitish Rana for Delhi, Sarfaraz Khan for Mumbai, Manan Vohra for Chandigarh and Harshal Patel did well for Haryana.

Bengal vs Gujarat
Only 20 overs could be played due to rain. Gujarat have scored 46 runs for 1 wicket in the first play.
Kerala vs Hyderabad
In reply to Kerala’s first innings of 164 runs, Hyderabad scored 193 for 9 wickets to take a lead of 29 runs.
Punjab vs Delhi
In reply to Punjab’s 313 runs in the first innings, Delhi have scored 195 runs for 4 wickets. Skipper Dhruv Shorey hit an innings of 96 runs and Nitish Rana is at the crease scoring 64 runs.
Rajasthan vs Andhra
In reply to Rajasthan’s first innings of 151 runs, Andhra scored 257 to take a 106-run lead. Rajasthan’s score is 23/2 in the second innings and they are still 83 runs behind.
Group B
Mumbai vs Karnataka
Karnataka scored 218 runs in response to Mumbai’s first innings of 194 runs. In the second innings too, Mumbai have lost 5 wickets for 109 runs. Sarfaraz Khan is at the crease scoring 53 runs.
Baroda vs Railway
In reply to Baroda’s first innings total of 201, Railways were reduced to just 99 runs. Anureet Singh took 5 wickets. Baroda were also dismissed for 98 in the second innings. In response, Railways have lost their first wicket on a score of zero. They still need 201 runs to win.
Himachal Pradesh vs Madhya Pradesh
In response to Himachal’s first innings of 175 runs, Madhya Pradesh has scored 364 runs for 7 wickets and their total lead has been 189 runs. Opener Rameez Khan is at the crease with 161 runs.
Uttar Pradesh vs Tamil Nadu
In Kanpur, Tamil Nadu has scored 165 for 6 wickets, batting first.

Tripura vs Odisha

Jharkhand vs Jammu and Kashmir
In response to Jharkhand’s first innings total of 259, Jammu and Kashmir have scored 135 runs for 3 wickets.
Chhattisgarh vs Haryana
In reply to Haryana’s first innings 123 runs, Chhattisgarh also managed only 119 runs. Captain Harshal Patel took 4 wickets.
Services vs Maharashtra
In reply to Maharashtra’s first innings of 44 runs, Services scored a huge lead by scoring 285 runs. Maharashtra’s score is 93/5 in the second innings and they are still 148 runs behind.
Assam vs Uttarakhand
Uttarakhand team have lost 4 wickets for just 32 runs in response to Assam’s first innings total of 294 runs.

Meghalaya vs Puducherry
Meghalaya team was reduced to just 65 runs in the first play, Puducherry also scored 80 runs in reply. Only one batsman could reach double figures in Meghalaya’s innings. On the other hand, Sanjay Yadav took 8 wickets from Meghalaya.
Nagaland vs Chandigarh
Chandigarh batsmen scored 263 runs at the loss of 3 wickets in the first play. Captain Manan Vohra is at the crease after scoring 107 runs.
Bihar vs Mizoram
Bihar scores 226/8 in response to Mizoram’s first innings total of 378 runs. Bihar’s team is still 152 runs behind.
Goa vs Manipur
In reply to Manipur’s 106 of the first innings, Goa scored a huge lead by scoring 553/5. In the second innings, Manipur team have already lost 4 wickets for 21 runs and they are in danger of losing the innings.

The match could not start on the second day due to rain.
